Tour: Third Reich Berlin
Guide: Barnaby
Date: 23/03/12

"Barnaby was very informative and good at keeping a big crowd together, even when a bus driver kidnapped half of the group and he had to run off after it. He had some good tips for nightlife in Berlin too, just don't get him near any wasp nests."

Tour: Cold War Berlin
Guide: Michael
Date: 22/03/12

"Luckily we had a small group so it was a very personal and interactive tour. Michael was an excellent tour guide and welcomed questions and any trivia that we might know. The last part of the tour took us to where the Wall fell, Michael told the story in such a way that it really was like being there. Fascinating history and Michael was great company! Give him a raise."

Tour: Cold War Berlin
Guide: Michael
Date: 22.03.12

"We enjoyed this tour very much! Michael has a distinct enthusiasm and is keen to find out your own particular interests to make the tour as relevant and useful to you as possible. We were swept up in the timeline of events leading to the fall of the Berlin wall as if we were living back in 1989. We would happily go on one of Michael's tours again and recommend him to anyone who has in interest not only in the Cold War but Berlin in general. He has some great cake tips. Thanks Michael!"

Tour: Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp
Guide: Nickolai
Date: 18.03.12

"First tour we went on was to Sachenhausen with Nikolai which was fascinating, he explained the ins and outs of everything and also his opinion, which was really refreshing as most tours I've been on they are told what to say and they stick to it. Tour took 6 hours and we were well looked after! Thank you so much xxx"

Tour: Cold War Berlin
Guide: Nigel
Date: 01.03.12

"My partner and I took the Cold War tour as the first of potentially a couple of tours to get a proper handle of the rich cultural history of the city. As it transpired just the one tour was required as Insider Tour delivered a fascinating walk full of information. Our tour guide Nigel was a fascinating man, very engaging and debonair. Having been In Berlin since before the errection of the wall, tourists are able to draw from his vast resourvoir of experience and first hand insight. Nigel has an array of accents that intersperce the tour with moments of great wit and poignancy, and balanced this with a steady hand in moments of sorrow and reflection. All in all my partner and I learned a great deal and enjoyed it immensly depite the cold weather, it really is a fantastic way to see the city and meet people. Nigel we thank you. "

Tour: The Famous Insider Walk
Guide: Michael
Date: 16.03.12

"Cannot thank Michael enough for his brilliant introductory tour of Berlin, and would recommend his tour to anyone, especially any would-be Berliners! His good humour and enthusiasm were boundless, his knowledge encyclopaedic, and he made a daunting-sounding 4 hour walk seem like a leisurely stroll. Michael, we'll never forget that all-round artist, architect and set-designer Karl Friedrich Schinkel. And please keep wearing the mustard-coloured trousers, ideal for visibility in a big crowd! In the words of another well-known Austrian, I'll be back!"

Tour: Third Reich Berlin
Guide: Maria
Date: 12.03.12

"Maria led an amazing tour throughout Berlin for myself and family. We are history buffs and came away from our tour so richly informed on topics, details and experiences we have never encountered. Of all the tours I have taken around the world Maria was the best, most knowledgeable, dedicated and enthusiastic I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this tour. Maria delved into intricacies of the atrocities and then gently paced a walk through a scenic portion of Berlin to allow us to process what we had just learned. Her passion and interest of the topic is evident and contributed to the positive experience. She shared only a portion of what she knows and we left more compassionate and educated then when we arrived. Thank you Maria!!! The Becker Family"
