Harry, Berlin, 2nd Mar.'10
Mike brought to life the history of Berlin with his enthusiastic and passionate presentation of the pivotal events since WW1. As we are descendants of the German immigants to come to Australia this was especially meaningful.

Well, I am not surprised to see all the amazing comments for Nigel. He has really set the bar in terms of guided tours. My group of friends and I could not stop talking about how lucky we were to get Nigel as a guide. He was such a lovely man and his experience shines through and he manages to relay all the history respectively and interestingly. I wish we could have spent more time with him. He was a fountain of knowledge and anyone who gets Nigel for a tour can consider themselves SUPER LUCKY :)

Had never done a walking tour before but if all guides are like Kenny we would certainly do so again!
It was not just his knowledge but his ability to make every site/story interesting and bring history to life. If we had been staying in Berlin longer we would have gone on other tours.
Would highly recommend both the tour and Kenny.

I know we will remember this day for many years to come. Derek was a brilliant guide with every tiny detail seemingly at his fingertips - a true gift for those with a fascination for modern history. Such an opportunity to make a personal account of events so deeply etched into ones upbringing was really a privilege, and to be guided so capably and intelligently was, as I say, a true gift.

David gave us such a vibrant, fascinating introduction to Berlin, it really was one of the best things we could have done to get the most out of our holiday. In fact, we were so inspired we went on another equally fascinating tour a couple of days later. Great value.
Mike delivered a tour full of insight and information, and his enthusiasm throughout was infectious, whichever aspect of this fascinating city he was explaining. His comprehensive knowledge, understanding and empathy with Berlin simply made me want to reach out and delve ever deeper. He handled with consummate ease a large group of people of widely differing ages, his sense of humour shone through and the love of his subject was clearly evident. On top of that, his openness and availability to all were transparent. A thoroughly decent guy who gave everyone a brilliant tour. Hats off to you, Mike!!

Great tour! It covers some of the most interesting places in Berlin, and they appear to be three times more interesting by the way David narrates the events, and tells us about the great stories behind the buildings. Highly recommend it! Awesome tour and awesome guide :D
Your company should be proud to have Mike working with you he is passionate about his work and knows his subject matter. He looked after the group from start to finish.
Still remember vividly the walk we had with David a month ago.. very insightful and informative!!
The tales he narrated at Gendarmenmarkt and LustGarten were captivating..
He comes across as very enthusiastic and quite approachable.
David wins a free walking tour of Delhi, India!!
An utterly masterful, brilliant, spellbinding and amazingly informative, highly detailed history tour the likes of which I have never before witnessed, and I am a professional myself. Holding a mixed and in-part very well informed audience's attention in a fascinating and intelligent manner is fascinating to observe in itself, but add to that a charming personality and humor and gift for stringing together complex facts, research results, etc and the end result is an unforgettable experience. We left with a restimulated desire to look again at the whole Shoa history and the SS in much more detail.
Join us for a fascinating day trip with a private bus to Dresden - the royal residence of the Saxon Kings, who established a city of such cultural and artistic splendour it was named “The Pearl of the Baroque” and is considered one of Germany's most beautiful cities.
