"This was not a normal guided tour...with boring facts and lots of names and years that you will never remember...this was a dive into history...outstanding guidance of our guide Barnaby who made this a special day to remember...his passion for history , his love for berlin, his detailed background information and his brilliant british humour made my day...a really MUST DO when in Berlin!"
"We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour with Maria. We had a group of 21 people and she kept everyone enthralled for four hours. She gave us a very comprehensive lesson on the Nazi Party and the Third Reich and we felt quite privileged to find ourselves actually standing on the sites where these historic events took place."
"Barry was our guide, very nice and funny guy from Ireland. It was a cool and informative tour. Mother you have nothing to worry about your son is doing very well. Greetings from Amsterdam."
"What a fantastic guide 6ft 8in of humour and information which was maintained even while hopping on and off of public transport. I felt that I now have some understanding of the awful impact the cold war had on individual lives I can't begin to understand how it must have felt."
"Excellent tour with Jared I am certainly well informed about a terrible part of history. he was informative and made it an interesting walk he was friendly and helpful as well."
"It was a great pleasure to follow Barry inside the Great History and the small stories of Berlin. Huge sense of humour , little sense for shopping .... , Barry will be à Nice fellow for hours. And he loves "la France" Merci and Tschuss"

"Our 10th grade students from ISGR (International School) in Göteborg, Sweden had the good fortune to be lead by Tarek on their 4 hour walking tour of Berlin last weekend. Tarek brings an admirable blend of knowledge, humor, passion and eclectic asides to his tour. He is articulate and masterful in his delivery of historical, political, economic and architectural insights, mixing fact with occasional personal opinion which stimulates interest and discussion. Our students, 16 year olds, were genuinely engaged and actively attentive as he directed us through the winding streets and history of Berlin. As a teacher I was concerned that four hours would strain the attention span of any teenager but we were mesmerized by Tarek's enthusiastic and detailed narration of the city, many of our students scrambling to walk along side him between sites to chat with him and hear some bonus revelations! As we ended our tour at the Brandenburg Gate, Tarek took time to answer any and all questions, point members of the tour in the right direction to their next destination, and in our case, gladly joined the kids for a group photo and volunteered to walk with us to our next subway stop, making sure we were pointed in the right direction. Unanimous praise and appreciation for Tarek's professionalism and sparkling personality!"
"I took a 4 day tour of Berlin visiting some of the historical sites from WW2. Nigel Dunkley was my tour guide and he was excellent. He was a world of knowledge, fun, enthusiastic and able to point out great restaurants and bars. I would strongly recommend him if you are considering a tour of Berlin."
