Tour: The Famous Insider Walk
Guide: Brian
Date: 11.08.14

"I have been on many tours and none have matched this one. Brian is the most wonderful storyteller - a historian and social commentator with an infectious love of Berlin. He gave his Berlin to me and having spent years hoping to visit the city I can't quite believe that Brian was my tour guide. I have been extremely lucky and have fallen in love with this city. Thank you Brian. Jo"

"The tour was excellent and this was all down to Ashleigh who was a wonderful guide. It was not alone her depth of knowledge but also her passion for the city and her lovely sense of humor that made it so enjoyable. "

Tour: Third Reich Berlin
Guide: Barnaby
Date: 06/08/14

"We had the pleasure of touring with Barnaby today. He demonstrated the utmost patience, knowledge, and humor for the difficult subject of the 3rd Reich in Berlin. His summation was to remind us all to participate in our government voting process and thereby not allow another person like Hitler to come into power. If you want a charming and quite literate tour guide, Barnaby is your man!"

Tour: Third Reich Berlin
Guide: Nigel
Date: 01.08.14

"I've been to Berlin once before, and was able to take a tour with Nigel Dunkley. I enjoyed it so much, I decided to try for another tour with him when visiting again. I was lucky enough to meet up with him again a few days ago. I did the Third Reich walking tour with a few friends, and it was an incredible experience. Nigel's expertise and humor really made history come alive. Nigel treated a serious subject with the respect and detail it deserves, but also kept the tour entertaining and fun. His own personal history was fascinating, and really added to the tour. While the tour focused on the third reich, by the end of the tour I definitely had a better understanding of all of Berlin's complicated history. I give Nigel and insider tours my highest recommendation. It was the highlight of my trip."

Tour: The Famous Insider Walk
Guide: Roy
Date: 30.07.14

"Great tour with a great guide : Roy, whose knowledge seems without limits, his sense of humour too. Très bon tour pour les anglophones pour découvrir Berlin. Quant à Roy, je le conseil, ses connaissances sont sans limites et son sens de l'humour aussi !"

Tour: The Famous Insider Walk
Guide: Brian
Date: 27.07.14

"This was the best extended tour I ever had. Brian is - apart from the fact he's an very pleasant person - a dedicated tour guide with a huge passion for Berlin. The tour we did was "a bit longer" then expected but gave us a very good impression of the way Berlin was and is, with in depth information about the several aspects of Berlin not only since the uprising and fall of the 3rd Reich, but also about the cold war, the Hohenzollern era, the fall of the Berlin Wall and much more. Although I'm not quite used to walking I endured the 7 hours it took, and I'm convinced that Brian is the one you would like to have as a tourguide. I can't imaging anyone better then him to get the best out of visiting Berlin. Klaas and Silvia Kettenis"

Tour: Third Reich Berlin
Guide: Barnaby
Date: July'14

"A brilliantly memorable tour. Barnaby takes a disturbing but fascinating subject and treats it with the dignity it deserves without while keeping it engrossing and entertaining. The measure of a guide is how well he can handle off-the-cuff questions, and Barnaby excels here. It was his knowledge of tiny details - the fact that Hugo Boss designed the Nazi uniforms, for instance, or the furor (spell that carefully) surrounding the chemical treatment of the Berlin Holocaust memorial - that made the tour particularly interesting. Strange as it may seem, it is his cheerful willingness to admit when he doesn't know something that makes it clear that he really knows his subject. And he's passionate about communicating it."
