"Our tour of nazi era third reich sites in Berlin was totally unexpectedly outstanding. Siberian temperatures, slipping on snow and ice, we loved every minute of it, and Nigel too. Nigel is, in a word, brilliant. He has an awesome mass of detailed knowledge, enthusiasm, humor and is just totally cool. Hi and thank you from his Big Apple fan club! Rosie B"
"Between Xmas and New Year we stayed in Berlin and attended your Tour through Berlin with Scotsman Nigel on the 30th December. Despite the cold Nigel showed us all the mayor sights and gave some in depth insight what it was like to live with the Iron curtain (since he lived there). I would like to thank you for making my stay even more enjoyable. This tour was (despite the cold) one of the highlights of our stay and I will certainly recommend your company when asked for it. Thank you"
"Just home from a couple of weeks in Central Europe. By far the high point of the trip was your walking tour of Berlin with Brian. I note that a previous writer has said it all. The tour, which, overan its scheduled time (a real positive), was definitely the best I have ever been on....and I have had quite a few good ones. Brian was passionate, enthusiastic, and quite emotional about the whole Berlin "thing" Brian, give up the artistic directing in Canada, and stay with Berlin...it's definitely your spiritual home Jack"
"I came to Berlin for the second time after having been there 3 years ago and had gone on an Insider Tour then also. I remembered how great the tour was the first time, so I went on another, this time with my husband. On Friday 15th July we both had the best tour we have been on yet. Brian did a brilliant job of showing us around and giving a breathtaking account of the history. His passion for Berlin was evident in his moving, tear-jerking accounts of different events in history. The tour was entertaining, thought-provoking and inspiring. And the bargain price was also appreciated. Highly recommended to all!"
"I had an absolutely fantastic time! Nigel was an amazing tour guide. I felt privileged to have been taught about the Third Reich by an individual with such an extensive political and educational background. I was so impressed at his ability to impart a piece of history that was so disturbing/saddening without leaving me in a depressed state. I would recommend this tour guide/company to anyone travelling in the future!"
"My wife and I took the Third Reich Tour with Nigel as our guide on 15 January 2006. What a fnatastic tour, despite the -7 degree weather. Nigel was an excellent guide. As a history teacher I have studied a great deal about the Third Reich and Nigel's informative and thoughtful commentary added a great deal to my own knowlege and understanding. One part of the tour that was not expected was the tour of the Oberkommando des Herres. I did not know the building was still standing let alone accessible. Since the commentary at the OKH is in German, Nigel's gave us a great glimpse into the workings of 20 July 1944. If this is not part of the tour it should be. We were greatly impressed with the tour and would take another with Nigel and your tour company next time we are in Berlin. We will also recommend it to our friends."
"A friend and I did the insider tour in early June with Kenny. Berlin was one of our last stops on our backpacking adventure in Europe and Kenny's tour gave it a perfect ending! His enthusiasm was fantastic, and his tale of how the wall came down at the end was amazing! It was a story I have retold multiple times since coming back home! One of our friends was sick the day of the tour, so the following day, we took her ourselves, retelling all the stories Kenny told us! she loved it...(mind you we wouldn't have dont it the justice Kenny did!!! ) Thanks a lot for the fantastic time!"
"Kenny McLoud was brilliant. Best tour we've ever been on- supremely friendly and informative, thanks mate!"
"What more can one say ... (everyone seems to be happy with your tours)? Really awsome tour and I felt lucky to have Kenny as our guide, even the coffee break was perfect!"
"If you are reading throught the "coment section" because you cant decide to take the tour, than I will just tell you now...DO IT!(maybe not if its freezing outside!) And if anyone is an actual "tour guy" and is reading the "coment section" then please tell Phil (seattle) that he did a fantastic job walking "Team North America" around Berlin! So if anyone needs practice/advice/tips for giving the walking tour, take lessons from this guy because he is very smart, but not annoying, like some smarties are! Phil~ Thanks for the "heads up" or should I say " Feet off" - That saved me from a huge emabarrasement, and hopefully you know what Im talking about because I rather not even say! Kisha and Bryan welcome you to Las Vegas anytime...take care - Brain Baby."
