When a new employee and their family arrive in Frankfurt, one of the first goals of any company is to make them feel comfortable in their new city. Our goal, at “Frankfurt on Foot”, is to provide the assistance to make this happen. Quite often, the new employee speaks German, but the family members don’t. Using our tour services can help make everyone feel more at ease in their new home.

Individuals will also find this tour of great value and we encourage anyone who is new to Frankfurt, to contact us about how we can make your initial time here more enjoyable.

What we offer:

• Introduction to Frankfurt with a walking tour of the main central city, including a general history. Usually 1-2 hours long
• How to use the public transportation system, subway, trams, and buses.
• Shopping, where to go & how to find
• Markets, where to find fresh produce, meats, bakeries, organic products, and food products similar to the ones from their own country
• Introduction to German culture and day to day life
  

We also offer follow-up, in the form of making ourselves available by email, for any questions that may come up after the new arrival takes our tour.

Naturally, we will be happy to adjust and tailor the tour in various ways that will best suit the needs of you or your client.

Our price is 60€ per hour and includes the pick up at the meeting place of your choice. Public transportation is normally used.

The tours are led by native English speakers.
