My husband and i and a group of twelve did this tour with Mike Stack on Tuesday 08 11 2011.We all found Mike to be very informative, interesting, courteous and was able to answer every question asked of him. He made the whole tour very enjoyable and we would all be interested in coming back again some day.
Barnaby was wonderful - very smart- knowledgeable and very very entertaining. We saw and learned so much about the history of Berlin. This was one of the best tours I've ever taken. I'm recommending Insider Tours to many others.
This was a great tour, to see all the general attractions of the city. The tour guide, Barnaby, was very knowledge, friendly and funny! He pointed out a lot of things that a normal person wouldn't notice, and made it very enjoyable. I am very glad we chose this tour, and were lucky enough to have him as our guide!

Insider tours are an excellent way to see Berlin and gives you a great summary of the city of Berlin in a short time (3 - 4 Hrs).
Our guide Jamie had a great understanding of the city. His tour was fascinating with lots of enthusiasm and a great knowledge about his subjects. I thoroughly recommend this company and there staff and would definitely recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

This was my second tour of my five day trip in Berlin and was just as inspiring as the Berlin famous walk.
This time me and my fiancée took in the trip to the concentration camp on a really cold November morning which, for me was fantastic as you could get a real feel of how cold the prisoners where. Our guide Michael did explain to us that this was a mild day which again hit home of the conditions faced by these brave souls.
This was a unique day and it is a Must do if in Berlin. Michael was fantastic and made the day special. His enthusiasm, knowledge and passion brought a lump to the throat when he was hitting home just how bad this place was. A fantastic performance and a true credit to your colleagues and the victims of this camp.
We shall return next year to continue our tours with the insider group.
Well done guys.
P.s on iPhone so do excuse grammar etc lol

This was simply the most interesting day of my life for €12 my friend & I were walking in the footsteps of Hitler & his goverment.
Nigel spoke so passionately and with such fluency I was sad the tour ended after 4 and a half hours.
If you are in Berlin & do not go on this tour it really is your loss!!!
Simply wonderful! I liked everything: the choice of sites we saw, historical background we got on them, interesting private stories connected to the subject. It was a compact, exciting presentation of deep history knowledge, mixed up with good sense of humor. Was our best day in Berlin. Thank you, Pen. Marina (and Enrico)

Jamie really knows his stuff. His tour was fascinating and his enthusiasm for the city infectious. Even my usually impossible-to-please teenager was riveted. I'd thoroughly recommend this tour for a real insight into Berlin.

We really enjoyed this tour, having visited Berlin before we wished to experience Life behind the wall. Maria provided tons of information without reaching overload levels. Maria was friendly, approachable and freely answered questions. We recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in 20th century history. A genuinely enjoyable day out. Thank you Maria
